Sean Murphy is a retired Navy SEAL with over 22 years of distinguished service, including multiple combat deployments, hostage rescue operations, and leadership roles at the highest levels of U.S. special operations. He is the founder of HTS Consulting and the creator of The Complete Warrior leadership framework.
After retiring from the Navy, Sean has dedicated his work to one mission: translating the leadership principles built in the most demanding environments in the world into practical tools for executives, athletes, law enforcement, and veterans navigating the next chapter of their lives.
Sean has worked with Fortune 500 companies, professional sports organizations, law enforcement agencies, and veteran communities across the country. His approach is direct, experience-based, and grounded in the belief that the same discipline that builds elite military units builds elite organizations.
Sean serves on the Board of Directors of Beyond the Brotherhood, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to supporting veterans and their families through transition, mental health resources, and community connection. This work reflects his deepest personal commitment — to the men and women who have served and to the families who served alongside them.
Sean is co-founder of Trivet LLC, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). His work spans consulting, leadership development, and building mission-driven organizations that reflect the values he lived for over two decades in uniform.
