Sean Murphy is a retired Navy SEAL with over 22 years of distinguished service, specializing in leadership, team-building, and high-stakes operations. He is the founder of Hit the Surf, LLC, providing transformative consulting and training for corporate teams, law enforcement, and elite organizations. As a sought-after keynote speaker, Sean shares powerful lessons on leadership, trust-building, and resilience.

Sean is also the co-founder of Trivet LLC, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) dedicated to revolutionizing ankle rehabilitation and strength conditioning through innovative products like the Strengthboot.

In addition, Sean leads Beyond the Brotherhood, a nonprofit organization supporting Navy SEALs transitioning to civilian life by connecting them with essential resources and career opportunities. 

Sean enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, teaching marksmanship, exploring the outdoors, and mentoring others to excel in challenging environments.
